The apartment is modern and beautifully furnished.  Internally it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living room/dining area and a fully equipped American style kitchen.  Externally, it enjoys a large patio area leading directly onto the communal pool and garden area.

The apartment comfortably sleeps four adults and three children, containing one double bed, two single beds (with an additional nest bed) and a large sofa bed.  The dining room furniture sits six people and there is comfortable seating in the main living area for up to four adults.

It has ample patio furniture including dining furniture and sun loungers, allowing you to enjoy those long, hot Spanish days and evenings. 

The apartment is air-conditioned throughout (and heated in the winter) and the fully fitted kitchen includes oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and coffe maker.

For those home comforts the apartment also has an LCD TV with UK and Sky TV, DVD player (including a selection of DVDs), a CD player, an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor besides the lovely communal swimming pool and garden area.
